*All prices exclude VAT. The standard VAT rate in Italy is 22% and will be applied at the time of payment.
Please note that in order to benefit from the Early Bird fees, participants must ensure that the payment will be finalized no later than
5th May 2025. After this date, the Early Bird fees will no longer be applicable, and a new registration will be required.
Registration fees for EWRA and Non-EWRA participants include delegate materials, a gala dinner, coffee breaks, and light lunches.
Students’ registration fees include delegate materials, coffee breaks, and light lunches; the fee for the students who want to attend the gala dinner is increased by 50 €.
The 1-day participation registration fee includes delegate materials, coffee breaks, and light lunches during the day of attendance. For the people registered for 1-day participation who wish to attend the gala dinner, an extra charge of 50 € is required.
After the Congress is over, all participants will receive their certificate of attendance via email.
For a presentation to be included in the scientific program, at least one of the authors of each paper should be registered to the Congress by 18th May 2025. Please note that for any registrations completed after 18th May 2025, the Organizing Committee cannot guarantee the inclusion of the submitted contribution in the oral sessions of the final Congress programme. In such cases, the contribution may be reassigned to a poster presentation. Nevertheless, the Committee will make every effort to accommodate the preferences indicated during the submission process.
Each paper/presentation requires at least one registration, and the same registration cannot be used for another presentation. In case a participant wishes to present a second paper, an additional charge of 100 € is required (VAT included).
ISTITUTIONAL FEES
Each Institution (university, organization, institute, research center, ministry, public agency, company, NGO, etc.) is eligible for a 20% reduction in fees for its participants if it participates in the Congress with five (5) or more participants (not counting the students and accompanying people for whom special rates have been set). To achieve reduced fees, an institution must inform the organizers directly, provide a list of participants, and pay the total (reduced) amount for all of them.
FEES OF ACCOMPANYING PEOPLE
The fee for accompanying people covers only the participation in the ice breaker and in the gala dinner. Coffee breaks and daily lunches are not covered. The participation of accompanying people in other social events, such as guided tours and excursions, will be possible at an additional low cost.
TYPE OF PAYMENTS AND REGISTRATION FORM
The available types of payment are:
– By bank transfer;
– By credit or debit card.
REFUND POLICY
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the registrant, someone else to attend in their place.
Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event are eligible for an 70% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 60 days, but more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fees paid.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.
