A Slide Center will be set up in Building 19, where presenters can deliver their presentations to the staff for proper handling and distribution to the session rooms.

⚠️Important advice for presenters scheduled on June 24:
Presentations scheduled for June 24 must be submitted to the staff by June 23.
Specific instructions regarding the submission procedure have been provided via email to the presenters involved.

📅From June 25 onward, presenters will be able to submit their presentations directly to the Slide Center starting from 8:30. However, to ensure a smooth organization and correct upload to the session rooms, all presentations must be delivered to the Slide Center at least 1 hour before the start of the corresponding sessions.

Notes regarding Poster Presentations:

Poster presentations will follow a two-stage format:

  • Flash Poster Presentation: Before the poster session, each presenter will give a 2-minute oral summary (1 slide only) of their poster in dedicated sessions. This brief talk should highlight the key points of the research and invite participants to visit the poster during the session. No Q&A is foreseen during this stage.

Templates available: Flash Poster Presentation Template (1 slide only – no embedded videos allowed)

⚠️Flash Poster 1-slide presentations must be submitted by June 23. Specific instructions regarding the submission procedure have been sent via email to the presenters involved.

  • Poster Session: After the flash talks, posters will be displayed in a dedicated area. Authors are expected to stand by their posters during the assigned session to interact with attendees. Posters will also remain available during light lunch breaks, providing additional opportunities for informal discussion.

Templates available: Poster Template (posters must be in A0 size portrait format – L84,1 cm x H118,9 cm)

⚠️Please note that the staff does not provide a poster printing service.
