Short Paper Submission

The manuscripts submitted to EWRA2025 should strictly follow the guidelines provided in the Congress template (download the template here). Short papers should not exceed 2 pages following the general structure presented in the template and using the font type, margins and instructions in the template.

Please note that exceeding the 2-page limit or altering the template in any way will result in having the paper sent back to the authors for revision before review.

The short papers should be written in English and submitted through the online form below as MS Word files (.doc or .docx).

Submissions by e-mail or in any other file format will not be accepted.

Peer-review and Final Acceptance

All manuscripts will follow a blind peer-review process. The authors will be informed in due time on the acceptance of the manuscript and, if applicable, the level of revisions required. Final short papers should be resubmitted, following the instructions on the notification letter.

The acceptance of the manuscripts that will successfully pass the peer-review process will be finalized after the registration of the author.
